Been wanting to make a classics set for a while but it involved finding higher quality files than the 10 year old ones on my hard drive.

These are the songs that really drew me into electronic music and I hope they have the same effect on any new listeners. It's odd how invigorating these songs were back then yet they never really lost their drive even after all this time. Many of these songs were my favorites for quite a few years.

I tried to mix them as close to the originals as possible. Was kinda tough to leave a song as it was and not try to spin a little of my flavor into them.

Got a mix that will suit your guys party tonight.

There was a DJing contest going on in the DJ forums community and I put this set together to win it. Unfortunately, they added all kinds of rules over the last few weeks. One was the set must only contain songs from 2009. Of course, I didn't see this until after I finished the set and the last day they were taking submissions... I was pretty disappointed.

Either way, a LOT went into this set. Hope you all enjoy it!
